As a polar Field Engineer, I design and help PIs install remote sensing stations in the polar regions. When not at work, you will find me walking my dog or in my garage designing, machining, or working on motorcycles.

Pnina is passionate about promoting science and supporting researchers around the globe. She has been supporting portable seismology experiments with the EarthScope Primary Instrument Center (formerly PASSCAL) for ~20 years. Her work includes training users and in-house staff, working closely with PIs on experiment plans, scheduling instrumentation, field-support troubleshooting, testing new equipment types, and fieldwork.
