Jacob Sklar

Jacob manages operations and maintenance of NASA’s Global GNSS Network which includes stations far and wide across the globe. Erika Schreiber

Jim Normandeau

Jim manages PI projects group where we provide engineering support services in the mid-latitudes, for the installation permanent of GNSS networks (cGNSS), cGNSS network O&M, and cGNSS monitoring. We also conduct TLS and UAS surveys and data processing. In my off time, I enjoy cycling of varies disciplines and competitive tennis.

Doerte Mann

 am an Engineer supporting NOTA operations in California, troubleshooting and fixing GNSS stations from the office and in the field. Outside of work, I love gardening, sewing, and exploring the beautiful California coast by sea kayak.
