About Sara (she/her)
Sara Agard is a rising sophomore transferring from Central New Mexico Community College to the University of New Mexico with plans of earning a Bachelor’s in Health Science. Over the summer Sara will be working with Dr. Sharon Bywater-Reyes to collect data on floodplains and the metrics of the St. Vrain river project in Longmont Colorado. Sara is looking forward to her journey into river science through teamwork and collaborative research.
