Kristin Campbell (K.C.) is currently working towards finishing her Associate of Science Degree in Geology from Pikes Peak State College (PPSC), with plans to transfer to Fort Lewis College (FLC) for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology in the coming year. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Kristin has grown with nature surrounding her, which has blossomed into a love for Geology, Paleontology, and Sustainability. Through her love of the outdoors, many opportunities have blessed her life, including being affiliated with the PPSC Geology Club as Treasurer and being able to participate in countless field trips with the PPSC Geology Club, as well as join field trips with the Western Interior Paleontological Society (WIPS), which is based in Denver, CO. Kristin’s love for learning, adventure, and new experiences, has guided her to discover the Geo-Launchpad internship in which she will sharpen key skills, gain invaluable knowledge, and connect with other liked minded people. Kristin is enthusiastically looking forward to what new opportunities await her.
