About Charles (he/him)

Charles is an up-and-coming sophomore attending Central New Mexico Community College who is majoring in Geography. Charles will graduate in the spring and transfer to the University of New Mexico where he will pursue his BA in Geography and obtain a minor in GIS. Charles’s interest in Geoscience stemmed from his mentors in school and since has relentlessly pursued his interest and newfound passion in Geoscience. As a Geo launchpad intern Charles will be exposed to data entry and being able to have his first experience doing field work, collecting data, digitizing it and being able to create his first map using GIS software.
