This course will cover the theory and application of repeat-pass synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) using the software GMTSAR.
The seismology skill building workshop is a FREE ~70 hour online course to build scientific computing and computational thinking skills while working with seismic data. Participants should expect to invest approximately 5-6 hours per week, including participating in the weekly webinar (or watching the recording). At the end of the workshop participants receive a performance report certificate.

This course will explore the latest concepts in high-precision multi-GNSS PPP processing and undifferenced ambiguity resolution techniques. Participants will learn how to apply these theories to a range of scientific and engineering projects using the open-source PRIDE PPP-AR software.
The Rupture and Fault Zone Observatory (RuFZO) is a community-driven effort that aims to collect geophysical data within rupture zones of significant earthquakes and develop the workforce needed to design, build, and operate future geoscience facilities. This workshop will serve to gather key contributors and inform the community, which until now has been engaged largely through virtual events, for a focused half-day program.
Short course covering InSAR theory, processing SAR interferograms using the ISCE software, methods for mitigating noise in InSAR data, InSAR time series preparation using ARIA-tools, producing InSAR time series using the MintPy software, the basics of InSAR data interpretation, and simple modeling and applications.
The workshop is for undergraduate instructors who want to use near-surface geophysics applications in their classrooms. Instructors at 2YC and MSI institutions are encouraged to apply. There will be field and classroom parts of the workshop.
