James oversees a small permitting team focused on drafting and renewing EarthScope’s permanent network permits, and manages legal documents, contracts, and agreements. James also handles EarthScope’s compliance with federal governance and oversight, and assists with EarthScope’s commercial and real-time data endeavors. In his free time, James volunteers with Boulder Flycaster’s Board of Directors as the Advocacy Chair, and enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
