The results of the recent Board of Directors election have been tallied! The Board is elected by representatives of our member institutions to act as non-profit governance to EarthScope Consortium.

New Members

These new members will join the Board for a three-year term beginning in 2026:

• Marine Denolle, University of Washington
• Eric Lindsey, University of New Mexico
• Catherine Rychert, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
• Weisen Shen, Stony Brook University

Our thanks to the other four candidates who generously volunteered: Robin Matoza, Caroline Beghein, Wenyuan Fan, and Mong-Han Huang.

Outgoing and Continuing Members

Gareth Funning, Zachary Eilon, Kristel Chanard, and Beatrice Magnani will be completing their terms and handing off responsibilities to the incoming members. The other eight members that will continue on are: Geoff Abers, Paul Winberry, Ruth Aronoff, Greg Beroza, Colleen Dalton, Nate Lindsey, Andrew Newman, and Susan Owen.
