Himanshi Gupta is an HR Professional with over 12 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, benefits administration. training/employee development, orientation, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, employee relations, and immigration.

She started her career as a recruiter for an India-based consulting firm. She also served as the co-leader of the HR administrative work in one of the previous roles. This work required leading and managing a portfolio of about 50 clients with cross-functional participation and collaboration from all client HR and legal centers as well as managing a group of HR professionals responsible for supporting the managers and their employees. Himanshi also has years of experience mentoring, developing, and managing both onshore and offshore team members.

Himanshi is certified in Human Resource Administration and has two master’s degrees in administrative science and business administration, with a major in HR & personnel management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ.

Himanshi has a busy life at home with her husband Rex, and 2 kids, Nathan & Sarah. She works remotely from her home office located in Nutley, NJ.
