As an Instructional Designer I prepare short courses for implementation, find ways to improve existing short courses, and collaborate on the introduction of new courses. Off work I look after my adorable dog Milo, and frequent trivia events, where my team usually comes in second, or game nights, where I tend to have much better luck.
