About Quincey (any pronouns)

Quincey Nielson is a rising 4th year undergraduate at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she is majoring in Solid Earth and Planetary Science with plans to pursue a master’s degree in Geophysics. Quincey has been passionate about seismology since she was a child, and loves to work outdoors. Quincey will be assisting with warehouse upkeep and field operations, maintaining and repairing some of the many Network of the Americas stations throughout Alaska. She is excited to explore new places this summer, spend time outdoors, and expand on her fieldwork experience.
