The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive competitive Proposals from GNSS System Suppliers in order that EarthScope may select a vendor for replacement of instruments in the continuous GNSS networks that EarthScope operates for the National Science Foundation (NSF) (e.g. the Network of the Americas) and in the EarthScope equipment pool used to support NSF and community PIs (“Preferred Vendor”).

Request for Proposals: Professional Employer Organization Services (RFP#2026-PEO-1A)
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified Professional Employer Organization (PEO) capable of entering into a co-employment relationship with EarthScope Consortium, Inc. EarthScope seeks a best-in-class partner that can deliver comprehensive human resources, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, and workforce technology services while supporting a highly distributed, multi-state workforce operating within a federally funded environment.
To ensure a competitive and efficient procurement process while protecting sensitive workforce and benefits information, EarthScope will conduct this solicitation in two phases.

Request for Quote: SharePoint Document Management System Setup and Migration/Organization (EarthScope 003)
EarthScope is seeking services to set up SharePoint as the singular DMS for the Instrumentation Directorate. This involves (1) the setup of the framework/structure of the unified SharePoint DMS, (2) assist in the migration and organization of documentation/information into the new DMS (from current DMSs—NextCloud, GoogleDrive, and DropBox), and (3) provide guidelines/best practices/trainings on use and maintenance of the DMS.

Request for Quote: DAS Interrogator for Field Surveying and Instructional Use (EarthScope 002)
EarthScope is seeking to add a Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) interrogator to the slate of portable observing systems available through the National Science Foundation’s SAGE facility. This involves procurement of an interrogator and other ancillary hardware and software to be supported from the EarthScope Primary Instrument Center, for use in Principal Investigator-led experiments. We also seek training from the manufacturer on full operation of the interrogator, the best practices for installation, operation, and data-handling, and maintenance and repair of the interrogator unit to the extent possible.

Request for Quote: Telecommunication Services to Global Geophysical Stations (EarthScope 001)
EarthScope is looking to obtain IP-based streaming telecommunication service for geophysical and state of health data for 37 remote locations. EarthScope prefers that the service solution proposed be the same for all locations in so far as possible. EarthScope does understand that this may not be possible, and therefore will accept proposals for different solutions at a minority of locations. Regardless of solution technology, having a single operations/management interface that provides access to the current link status and traffic statistics for all locations is desired.
