Bill serves as the regional manager of the southwest region of NOTA. He previously served as the Deputy and acting Director of The University of Southern Mississippi’s, Gulf Coast Geospatial Center and Mississippi Spatial Reference Center leading NOAA NGS’ Regional Geospatial Modeling program. Bill also served as an adjunct faculty member for the Division of Marine Science, Hydrographic Science Research program. His background is in geospatial and coastal science (emphasis in Geological Oceanography) with expertise in Geometrical Geodesy, GNSS positioning, remote sensing, digital surface, and geomorphic modeling. Most importantly, he is the proud husband and father to wife Casey, and three children: Ally, Finn, and Liam.
