EarthScope and its partners have developed activities, lesson plans, map tools, visualizations – and much more – to help students and teachers work with EarthScope data and science results. EarthScope materials include teachable moments, research summaries, links to research projects, and interactions with EarthScope scientists and staff.
EarthScope also provides tools for scientists and the media, including videos, presentations, images, maps and multimedia.

EarthScope presented a three-day workshop at the College of Charleston, South Carolina, that featured presentations by prominent geoscientists and interpretive professionals to help convey the story of the magnificent landscapes, geological stories, and natural hazards of the Southeastern region.
EarthScope is a National Science Foundation program to explore the structure and evolution of the North American continent and understand the processes that cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
